Cancellation Notice
Once a student has been given a lesson time, it is assumed they will continue lessons indefinitely at Preslar Music. If a student must withdraw, we must receive notice (via this Cancellation Form) by the 15th of the current lesson month. If this form is not completed, the student is obligated to pay for the following month. Due to our billing system, no refunds or credits can be given for partial lesson months.
